I was made redundant 3 years ago, from a long term career in software. I had been completely frustrated by workspace politics for many years so figured this was a great time to try something different.

I wanted to be my own boss, have flexible work hours, and be paid by performance not hours logged on the clock.

Trading seemed to offer the perfect solution, and found it fascinating to learn how markets worked, and the effect of political and economical factors on them - So FX seemed ideal.

The fact the trading FX requires minimal investment just seemed the icing on the cake.

So, 3 years in I've had a string of losing years. Lost money on signals, EA's, Social trading and various holy grail trading courses. Pretty much par for the course there then. But what have I learnt ? well, an awful lot.

There is no substitute for making mistakes and learning from them.

Hopefully 2019 is the year I turn it round, 2018 was pretty much break even - so a modest return in 2019 with the help of Sam would be fantastic - can't wait to get started !
