It would be really helpful to clear the blue dots which signify my unread messages in the notifications section (where the list is). I've read them as part of a thread but haven't necessarily clicked on each individual item.

Being able to see the first line in my email, can also be enough.

Ideally, we need a 'clear all' action, behind the bell icon.
